This Privacy Policy explains how ArqOne Labs LLC-FZ collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use BrandSprk.

We collect account and contact details you provide, including name, email, company and role; inquiries; materials you upload or create, such as briefs, decks and assets; Pitch Room session content, including transcripts; and technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate requested features, maintain accounts, respond to inquiries, improve and secure BrandSprk, and communicate service updates. We do not sell personal data. Marketing messages, where offered, are subject to the choices available to you.
3. Data Storage and Security
We use access controls, private storage and database permissions designed to restrict access to customer content. We review and improve these safeguards as the service develops. No security measure can eliminate every risk.
4. AI and Your Data
Requested AI features may send relevant content to model and voice providers for processing. Pitch Room sends confidential reasoning requests directly to OpenAI with store:false; voice interactions also use ElevenLabs for transport. Provider retention and training controls vary by service and account settings, so we do not claim that every provider retains nothing or never uses data for training. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share.
5. Third-Party Services
We use service providers for hosting, private storage, authentication and requested AI and voice processing. Relevant content is shared with a provider when needed to deliver the feature you use. Payment providers will receive the information needed for a transaction only when checkout is enabled. We limit access according to each provider's role.
6. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data through our Contact page or at support@arqonelabs.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records where required for security, legal or operational reasons. Available self-service controls vary by feature; contact us if you need a copy of your data.
